Deck the Halls, Walls, Windows, Rooms and Common Areas

From tinsel garlands and wreaths to handmade ornaments, Gracedale really shines during the holidays. Our residents enjoy taking part in decorating our shared spaces with lights, ornaments and other seasonal touches. These activities are a lot of fun, but they also create a warm, welcoming environment that lifts the spirit and adds to the sense of community. 

Seasonal Music and Entertainment

Music is a big part of our holiday celebrations. Throughout December, we host live performances, sing-alongs, and music therapy sessions that include our residents’ favorite holiday tunes. These events bring back cherished memories, facilitate social interaction and fill our halls with warmth and laughter. This musical month is one of our favorite parts of the year.

Holiday Crafts and Activities

December is packed with crafting sessions where residents can create seasonal decorations, cards and gifts. These events help residents express themselves and their creativity. It’s also a great way to  enjoy hands-on fun with friends, family, and staff. The crafts are proudly displayed around Gracedale, and they create a warm, personalized atmosphere that charms everyone who walks our halls.
