My mother has been living there for over 2 years and she is healthier than I've seen her in many years. They take great care of her and she loves the staff! They cater to her needs and go over and above to help her. We couldn't ask for much more, and she loves the food!
My father was there for only a short time, but he was well taken care of, regular showers, always clean. The staff and nurses were awesome. They called me with updates on a regular basis and even helped him when he needed to use the phone. All in all, I was very satisfied with his care.

Along with the application, Gracedale requests financial, medical and social information. We’ll contact you to schedule an appointment, and we’ll arrange a facility tour once the application is complete and all information is provided.
If an appropriate bed is not immediately available, the applicant’s name will be placed on our waiting list.
Gracedale participates with Medicare & medicaid and most medicare advantage plans.
