Gracedale Video is open every Friday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Tower Lobby Snack Bar. Residents can browse a wide selection of movies and borrow them at no cost for up to two weeks. Whether enjoyed privately or with loved ones, films can be watched in the comfort of our solariums, each equipped with DVD players.
Every week, there is a wide variety of activities designed to promote social interaction and reinforce our neighborly culture at Gracedale. These activities can be one-on-one, in small groups, or with a large number of residents.
River is a certified support animal and the unofficial mascot of Gracedale. She brings light and joy to our residence and staff. She visits each floor and walks the gardens, she's a part of the pet therapy program and loves being rewarded with lots of attention.

The surrounding Gracedale Gardens is as important to our community as the cozy rooms and buildings that house our residents. Three acres of lush beauty and natural serenity include a gardening area for residents, gazebos, bridges, paved pathways and numerous sitting areas.
At Gracedale we have a Nutrition Management program to provide residents with great meals that are accurately matched to resident needs. We’ve recently reopened our cafeteria with new hours – and a new menu to match. We also have an expansive menu of items that are always available during meal times – so residents can enjoy a variety of favorites whenever they want. An updated menu for Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer are coming soon.
Each day we provide clean linens and washing of personal clothing. Clothing is labeled to ensure garments return to their proper owners. We also make minor repairs in clothing, such as small tears or missing buttons.
Gracedale residents love looking their best. Our free Beauty Shop service is scheduled every four to six weeks (with some exceptions for stylist birthdays, important events or leaves of absence) There are two beauty shops at Gracedale where we offer hair coloring, cuts, perms and nail painting. Residents always have a friendly, fun experience with plenty of quality time and attention from our staff.
In our game room, we have plenty of ways to pass the time while enjoying a personal challenge or a bit of friendly competition.
Furry friends can be a source of comfort, companionship and happiness for residents. Gracedale welcomes service animals to our care facility regularly, and encourages residents to get to know and interact with them.
In our common television area, we have an impressive large screen television where the Gracedale community can gather for favorite shows, movies, sporting events and more.
