Get Up to $5,250 in Annual Financial Support.
We offer up to $5,250 per calendar year for tuition and required books. This substantial contribution can significantly reduce your educational expenses.Enjoy Flexibility to Pursue the Degree You Want, the Way You Want.
Gracedale’s program supports both LPN certificate and RN degree programs. You can study at any accredited college or university, whether in-person or online.Get Experience in a Supportive Environment.
Gain valuable healthcare experience while studying, surrounded by professionals who understand and support your aspirations.
Kick-start Your Career Growth.
You can start working at Gracedale in a non-nursing role now, and transition to a nursing position upon graduation and licensure.
We have various roles available, from administrative to support staff positions.
- After one year of employment, working at least 32 hours per pay period, you’re eligible to apply for the Tuition Assistance Program.
- Upon completing your program and passing the NCLEX, you can transition into a nursing role at Gracedale.
The tuition assistance program offers LPN and RN tracks.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Track:
- Join Gracedale in a non-nursing role
- After one year, apply for the Tuition Assistance Program
- Enroll in an LPN program at an accredited institution
- Complete your LPN program while working at Gracedale
- Pass the National Council Licensure exam (NCLEX) for Practical Nursing
- Transition to an LPN role at Gracedale
Registered Nurse (RN) Track:
- Start at Gracedale in a non-nursing position
- After one year, apply for the Tuition Assistance Program
- Enroll in an accredited college or university to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Complete your BSN while working at Gracedale
- Pass the NCLEX RN exam
- Move into an RN position at Gracedale

Eligibility and Requirements
In addition to having one year of full or part-time employment at Gracedale (32 hours per pay period or more), you must:
- Maintain satisfactory evaluations
- Have no attendance disciplines within the last 12 months
- Have no performance disciplines within the last 24 months
- Have no more than five unpaid absences in the past 12 months
- Receive approval and recommendation from your supervisor
